Bestillingsnummer tildeles av innkjøpsansvarlige (gjelder manuell bestilling - bruk Basware PM så sant du kan!)
Ferdig utfylt bestillingsskjema sendes som vedlegg på e-mail til biomedbestilling@uib.no
