Konvertering av Adobe pdf filer versjon 1.3 til 1.4 ved bruk av script-fil i Mac OS X
Høyreklikk på denne linken, som er et Apple-script og lagre script-filen i din hjemmekatalog (Velg Save Link As...), f.eks. i Downloads-mappen, deretter skal du flytte script-filen over i katalogen "Library/Scripts/Folder Action Scripts" - denne kan du bli nødt til å opprette selv.

If you are using OS X 10.7 or later, the Library folder in your home directory is hidden. You can display it by holding down the alt key (Option key) and select Go from the Finder menu, then click Library. Move the file pdfconvert.scpt into the "Folder Action Scripts" which now was made.

Press "+" in the lower left of the window that appears to the left of the button "Show Folder". Select the directory pdfconvert. Then another window shows where you should select "action" - select pdfconvert.scpt that you copied into place a little earlier.
When you are finished you should have a window where it is checked for Folder Actions should be enablers, it should be checked next to the words "pdfconvert" in the left box and next to the text "pdfconvert.scpt" in the right box. Close the window by pressing the red button at the top left.
The above procedure should only needed to do once. From now on you can just move a pdf file you have generated with Apple PDF generator or saved in Word to the directory pdfconvert and after a few seconds a converted pdf file with the same name and content will appear on your desktop. You get a pop-up message when the file is ready. When the file is converted, it is up to you whether to remove the file you have loaded in the pdfconvert directory.
