Taking time off as compensation for unpaid overtime

The possibility to take time off as compensation for unpaid overtime requires an updated list of hours worked. Agreements of taking time off for technical and research employees are to be made with the group leader or head of department. For administrative employees agreements are also to be made with the group leader or head of administration. Any plans to take time off needs to be clarified ahead of time with the professional responsible person.
